Book Review: I've Got Your Number

I've finish this book for some time, but I must say this is a cute, chick lit! This is great for your comedy lovers with a hint of romantic twist! Sophie Kinsella is such an amazing author with her witty, humor within the protagonist, Poppy! She reminds me so much of Becky from Confession of a Shopaholic! Though the romance is very surface level and through cell phone, but trust me, you will fall head first for this humor wit of Poppy mixed with the typical, serious businessmen of Sam who too reminds me of Brandon from the Confession of the Shopaholic series.

Out of 10: 9/10 (I prefer a little more romance ;))

I've Got Your Number by Sophie Kinsella
This book is the current book I am reading right now! I've been trying to limit the amount of book I borrow from the library as part of my new year resolution (4 is the maximum) and this author is one of my favorite (partially biased because I am in love with the movie, Confession of a Shopaholic and that book series). So, I have picked up this book at my local library and so far I totes <3 this book (; It is just like any of Sophie Kinsella's book, funny and sweet.

Description via goodread.com:
"Poppy Wyatt has never felt luckier. She is about to marry her ideal man, Magnus Tavish, but in one afternoon her “happily ever after” begins to fall apart. Not only has she lost her engagement ring in a hotel fire drill but in the panic that follows, her phone is stolen. As she paces shakily around the lobby, she spots an abandoned phone in a trash can. Finders keepers! Now she can leave a number for the hotel to contact her when they find her ring. Perfect!

Well, perfect except that the phone’s owner, businessman Sam Roxton, doesn’t agree. He wants his phone back and doesn’t appreciate Poppy reading his messages and wading into his personal life.

What ensues is a hilarious and unpredictable turn of events as Poppy and Sam increasingly upend each other’s lives through emails and text messages. As Poppy juggles wedding preparations, mysterious phone calls, and hiding her left hand from Magnus and his parents . . . she soon realizes that she is in for the biggest surprise of her life."

So if you love those cute heartfelt romantic comedy type of books, make sure you check this one out(: I'm currently starting Chapter 6 page 116 so catch up and lets discuss(: Oh be sure to check page 104...my favorite page of the book because of the humor....I literally LOL.
